  • Religious experiences depend on the activity of people’s own mental states, and to infer that the supernatural has input would beg the question.I suggest that believers read religious matter from other religions and deeply reflect on that, and then if prone to religious experience, see should ones experience reflect that of other religions also. Should one be an inclusivist, one would still see all as experiencing the same Ultimate Reality, bit is that reality no more than ones own mental states?.Should one be an exclusivits, then one would have a hard time finding ones own as truer.
